Registration

Notice:
1. One regular registration covers 4-5 full Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages(＞6) will be charged at 60usd per page.
2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one proceedings.
3. You can pay the fee by VISA/Master Card, Paypal or by Bank Transfer
4. Please send the required documents:①final paper; ②signed copyright form; ③payment proof to icret@young.ac.cn to finish the registration.
5. Onsite registration is only applicable to listeners. In order to prepare materials in advance, please give us a notice before January 1, 2026 even if onsite payment is prefered.

2. Pay by Bank Transfer(30USD bank service charge undertaken by the registrant)
* The Bank Information should be offered by the conference secretary.
3. Paypal (30USD bank service charge undertaken by the registrant)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before November 30, 50 USD processing fee
Cancellations received on or after November 30 before January 30, 20% processing fee
Cancellations received on or after January 30 before February 20, 50% processing fee
No refund will be provided for cancellations after February 20, 2026.

Security Policy
Considering the personal and property safety of the delegates, the participants are required to enter and exit the venue wearing the conference name tag, and not to lend the name tag to others. Non-participants are not allowed to enter the conference without permission.
Please take care of your personal belongings; the organizer of the conference does not assume any responsibility for the loss of personal finances
