Considering the unexpected situation of COVID-19, ICRET will accept the online presentation, which is also the first recommended. ICRET2021 will be held virtually because of the unstable situation of COVID-19. Authors can participate in the online conference to present the paper, which will not influence the paper publication process.

Notice:
1. One regular registration is within Seven Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged
2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one proceedings.
3. You can pay the fee by VISA/Master Card, Paypal or by Bank Transfer
4. Please send the required documents:①final paper; ②signed copyright form; ③payment proof to icret@young.ac.cn to finish the registration.
5. Onsite registration is only applicable to listeners. In order to prepare materials in advance, please give us a notice before January 5, 2020 even if onsite payment is prefered.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before October 30, 50 USD processing fee
Cancellations received on or after October 30 before November 30, 20% processing fee
Cancellations received on or after November 30 before December 30, 50% processing fee
No refund will be provided for cancellations after December 30, 2020.

Security Policy
Considering the personal and property safety of the delegates, the participants are required to enter and exit the venue wearing the conference name tag, and not to lend the name tag to others. Non-participants are not allowed to enter the conference without permission.
